This is my first attempt at trying to create a new monster. I've never done anything like this before so constructive criticism is welcome.  Edit: Decided to make some changes.  |

Its kinda cool, reminds me of Charmander tho.
Also with the tail I recommend making the base of the tail thicker or thin out the rest to make it less 'bulky'.
Also the shading needs a clear definition of where the light is coming from it seems a little mixed. I am not 100% sure where the light is coming from and how strong it is since your shadows seem to differ.
Besides that I really like it. Could make a great In-Training or Rookie (:

Maybe it's the eyes that remind ppl of charmander -_- my buddy said it looked like charmanderzard lol, so I'll have to change them later Edit: Alright made a decent amount of changes  Edit 2: I've finished with my 2nd mon, this one I drew by hand and then outlined the drawing and added colors.  |
